Terms and Conditions (Please Read)

Quote Validity: Quotes are valid for 30 days. After this period, prices may be subject to change. 

 Removal of Belongings: Installers do not move or remove items from the project area unless prearranged. The customer must ensure all items are removed before installation.

Project Finish and Imperfections: The customer understands that there may be slight variations in color, texture, and overall finish compared to pictures or samples shown. Minor product imperfections are normal and will not be covered by Utah Epoxy Guy.

Large and Heavy Items: When moving large appliances, furniture, or other heavy items, avoid dragging them across the floor or wall surfaces. Use a dolly or hand truck to prevent damage to our products.

Damage and Debris: Installation may produce dust, drywall particles, screws, and other debris. While Utah Epoxy Guy will take measures to keep the work area clean, we cannot guarantee a completely dust/debris- free environment. Customers must remove or protect any items in or near the project area. Utah Epoxy Guy is not responsible for any damage, dirt, or breakage to items that are not removed or adequately protected by the customer.

 Odors and Noise: To provide high-quality services, materials with high odor content and power tools may be used. These materials and tools emit odors and produce loud noises that may cause temporary discomfort. Utah Epoxy Guy will make every effort to minimize odors and noise entering the property. Contact our office with any concerns. 

Acceptance: The above prices, specifications, and conditions are satisfactory and are hereby accepted.Utah Epoxy Guy is authorized to complete the contract as specified.

Payment Terms: Payments are due according to the schedule provided in the quote. To schedule your flooring project, we require a 50% deposit upfront. The remaining 50% of the flooring cost is due upon project completion, along with the full installation cost of other products. Late payments will incur a penalty of 1.5% per month (18% annually) of the outstanding balance. 

Financial Responsibility: By accepting this quote, customers agree to pay all finance charges, collection costs, attorney’s fees, and any other costs incurred to enforce the collection of outstanding amounts. 

Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising under this contract involving amounts greater than $5000 shall be resolved through mediation or arbitration before pursuing legal action. For disputes involving amounts of $5000 or less, the matter shall be resolved through small claims court or other informal dispute resolution methods. 

Change Orders: Any changes to the project scope must be documented and agreed upon by both parties. Adjustments to costs and timelines will be made accordingly. 

Indemnification: The customer agrees to indemnify and hold Utah Epoxy Guy harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from the customer's negligence or misuse of our products and services. 

Right to Refuse Service: We reserve the right to refuse service if the project area is deemed unsafe or unsuitable for installation. 

 

Warranty Information

Concrete Coatings:
Vinyl Flake Floors: Utah Epoxy Guy offers a lifetime Warranty against delamination under normal use. 

General Terms:

Warranties are valid only for the original purchaser and installation. Contact us with proof of purchase and a description of the issue. We will repair or replace defective parts at our discretion. 

Limitations: We are not liable for incidental or consequential damages. By accepting our services, you agree to these warranty terms, ensuring you receive the best possible outcome for your project with Utah Epoxy Guy.
